If you have any questions regarding Annella Trade Website or these terms and conditions, or in the unlikely event that you may have any complaints about any products purchased by you from Annella Trade website.

Complaints policy
In an event you have a complaint to make about the product or services you have received from Annella Trade please contact Annella Trade in Writing at Info@annella.co.uk and we will send you our complaints documentation policy and we will try and resolve it as quickly as we can with you.

Delivery

Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, your order will need to be signed for. Annella Trade shall receive such delivery charge in relation to the delivery of the goods. 
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Annella Trade cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Your right to cancel
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt which we receive your cancellation notification refund request of all charges for the cancelled goods. We will process the refund no later than 14 days after we have received the product order back from you. You will then need to return the item(s) by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. There are no returns on Wholesale items that are unwanted. Any items that you find to be faulty must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your Annella trade order. After this time scale Annella Trade will not be able to assist with unreported faulty products. We require photographic information on the goods, If goods are at fault P&P will be supplied.
